Role Overview:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to spearhead the Preferred program, focusing on elevating customer experiences and enhancing profitability.

This role entails building long-term relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers, offering bespoke solutions to grow their portfolios, and driving wallet share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with senior colleagues to identify eligible HNW clients for the Preferred program
  • Acquire new customers by leveraging strong sales and influencing skills
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client profiles, preferences, and financial goals
  • Maintain high-quality portfolio management, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory norms
  • Offer advisory services in coordination with relevant teams to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and influencing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration)
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AMFI, IRDA, NCFM)
