Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to source, attract, and hire top talent in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry's latest trends and technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry, focusing on niche roles such as DFT engineers, chip designers, and process engineers.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and KPIs, ensuring high-quality talent is delivered in a timely manner.
- Partner with internal departments and external clients to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development of talent pipelines, building a strong network of potential candidates to meet future staffing needs.
- Set, track, and report on team performance metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with top-tier talent in the semiconductor sector.
- Stay current with semiconductor industry trends, talent availability, and competitive market conditions to advise clients and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the use of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technologies to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring without compromising on quality.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on VLSI, semiconductor, or related industries. Must be able to handle a team of 5-10 people and deliver desired results.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, roles, and industry trends. Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing recruitment team. Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision-making. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
