Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to lead our finance and accounts department. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for financial management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit the financial statements of companies to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss accounts that provide a clear picture of a company's financial health.
  • Evaluate accounting systems and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct forensic accounting investigations to identify and prevent financial irregularities.
  • Provide financial advisory services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business functions, including finance, accounting, and taxation.
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics and mathematical literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Chartered Accountant certification required.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
