Job Title: Value Chain Promotion Strategist

A short-term contractual position is available for a Value Chain Promotion Strategist to design strategies and solutions for priority value chains, focusing on business model development, market linkages, and access to finance.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with private actors and supporting sustainable, community-led enterprises.

This includes formulating and implementing strategies, conducting technical workshops, identifying key market players, facilitating linkages and business development pitches, developing capacity-building modules, drafting reports, and maintaining engagement with market actors.

Requirements:
  • Master's in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business.
  • English & Hindi language proficiency.
  • 8 years of professional experience in the natural resources management, agroforestry and nature-based businesses; 5 years of experience in value chain promotion, marketing, business model development and establishing market linkages including providing access to finance with a focus on agro/agroforestry/ayurvedic products; 4 years of the total experience in projects in India.
