This role is a key contributor to the development and implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
As an ESG Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing ESG/Sustainability Reports, reviewing and revising materiality analysis reports, conducting identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities in alignment with TCFD recommendations, developing Climate Action and Strategy, reviewing and monitoring Supplier ESG performance, and monitoring & review ESMS implementation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an ESG Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of work experience in ESG or sustainability domain, knowledge of various sustainability reporting standards such as GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB and CDP, knowledge of GHG emission accounting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with different teams in various geographic locations, strong desire and willingness to learn new skills, and knowledge of the evolving landscape of sustainability and emissions-related regulations across the world.
Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Requirements:- Post-graduate degree in Environment Science/Environment Management/Sustainability-related field
A strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze complex data is essential for this role. Additionally, excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
