The Challenge

Today's enterprises face complex learning needs, including reskilling their workforce and enabling adoption and retention through customer and partner education. Our product, Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), helps enterprises build customized learning experiences with flexible options across devices and hybrid workplaces.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design direction and details for our products, providing mentorship to other designers across teams.
  • Have significant ownership, making important decisions about product vision, roadmap, and user experience.
  • Create user experience goals, priorities, and design artefacts that align with the product vision.
  • Craft design that drives business impact, meets product objectives, and fits within established design guidelines.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of industry experience in experience design, with a proven track record of leading and delivering great design and strategy.
  • A strong formal education background in HCI or design related field, with an emphasis on human-centered design.
  • Ability to grasp complex problems and translate them to practical design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem space.
