Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist role is a dynamic position that requires technical fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability. The successful candidate will deliver top-tier customer support, handle sales calls, and troubleshoot ISP and networking queries on a 6-day-a-week schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service via calls, chats, or email, resolving issues related to devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
- Guide customers through device activation steps, including the Dabba Lite onboarding process and interaction with local cable operators for deployment.
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots, including pricing and rewards systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate leads and follow-up, ensuring seamless customer experience.
This role demands a positive attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in ISP or networking-related customer support, understanding routers, network protocols, hotspots, or similar infrastructure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work a 6-day week.
