About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Apps DBA to join our team.

As an Oracle Apps DBA, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 applications in Supply Chain and Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Configuration, and Upgrades:
  • Monitor application-related products like OACore, OAFM, Apache, etc.
  • Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures.
  • Take care of database design and implementation.
  • Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
  • Work as part of a team and provide 24×7 support when required.
  • Perform general technical troubleshooting and provide consultation to development teams.
  • Patch management and version control.
  • Perform database and application tuning and performance monitoring.
  • Cloning DEV and TEST from PROD environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c.
  • Knowledge of Exadata and Data Guard.
  • PL/SQL and Linux scripting expertise.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of general database skills.
  • Knowledge of any of the following is a plus:
  • DB2
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Oracle GoldenGate
