Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Exadata professional to lead our database administration efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and maintain critical Oracle RDBMS systems, including Exadata and OCI, to ensure high availability and consistent performance.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships across various Oracle versions and platforms, ensuring operational readiness for both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Administer and optimize Oracle Exadata systems, manage Oracle databases on OCI, and lead end-to-end cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to OCI.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of production database support experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale database environments.
  • Proven expertise with Oracle Exadata systems, Oracle RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure, as well as Oracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB).
  • A strong understanding of disaster recovery planning and execution, and experience working in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
  • Prior public cloud experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is required; OCI certifications are preferred, and experience with AWS cloud databases is a plus; AWS certifications are desired.
