Job Title: Quality and Compliance Specialist

About This Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Quality and Compliance Specialist, playing a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality processes and achievement of product quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve quality performance across manufacturing processes, with a focus on metal stamping.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and non-conformance resolution.
  • Manage customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and procurement to align quality objectives with business goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct QA/QC teams towards achieving quality excellence. You must also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
