Responsibilities- Lead and develop TPM teams, manage project portfolios, and drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
- Develop strong partnerships with engineering, operations, and product management leaders to drive project execution and team efficiency.
- Mentor individuals in best practices for planning and execution, and help teams be more efficient and see the big picture.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or technical management, with a B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. The preferred qualifications include experience with Agile methods and practices, software engineering practices, and familiarity with coding techniques.
