Job DescriptionThis role will be based in Bengaluru, India. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead and develop a TPM team, managing the right mix of projects and programs in the portfolio, and develop strong partnerships with engineering, operations, and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
- Execution: Manage TPM allocation and ensure portfolio and project health through resource allocation, prioritization, and focus, support multiple cross-functional technical and operational teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.
- Craftsmanship: Evaluate, champion, and drive adoption of Agile methodologies throughout the team, manage dependencies between multiple projects, assess and mitigate risk exposure.
- B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years professional experience in an engineering or technical team, managing technical programs/projects.
- 1+ years of experience in engineering/technical management and people management.
- Leverage Agile methods and practices through multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban).
- Practical and advanced theoretical understanding of managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs and projects.
- Excellent communication skills: cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and attention to detail.
