About Us

We are seeking a Student Wellness Professional to join our team at a premier institute in West Bengal.

This role is part of a structured student wellness initiative, where you will work closely with students and staff to promote emotional well-being and create a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology, experience working with youth/academic mental health, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
• Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
• Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
• Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
• Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
• Have experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
• Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
