Internship Opportunity: Gaining Experience in Business Operations

The role of Case Analysis Intern at Skill-Veda presents a unique chance to work in diverse operational teams. As a member of the Operations department, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

You will have the opportunity to support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.

  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Your skills and experience should include:

  • Pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
Benefits and Opportunities

This is a full-time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour of break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.

Based on the business requirement, you might have to work on the weekends, leaves, compensatory off or OT (overtime allowance) would be given for working on the off days.
