Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to oversee all tax-related compliances and activities within our organization.

The ideal candidate will help us maintain tax compliance and stay up-to-date on new tax laws, ensuring we operate within the bounds of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Tax Compliance: Advance tax, TDS, tax audit, return preparation and submission.
  • Tax Provisions: Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • TDS Compliances: Deposit of taxes deducted at source (TDS) and preparation and submission of TDS returns.
  • International Tax: Transfer pricing compliance and assessment, advance pricing agreement (APA) filing, site visit, and compliance process.
  • Demand Litigation Experience: Representation before CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant/CWA/CMA with 5-7 years of working experience in Direct Tax in manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills
