As a Sales Executive, you will become an entrepreneur involved in the design and management of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers.
  • Manage the sales process through CRM software.
  • Build and maintain a CRM database to track customer interactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Logistics Management and Spares and Services development.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and infer mechanical drawings.
  • Customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Autocad or similar.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of Import and export formalities.
