Job Title: Global Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our team with 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under established processes, ensuring seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters, including data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.
  • Identify international transactions, draft the FAR analysis, and conduct benchmarking analysis using tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and draft comprehensive study reports, demonstrating strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Possess experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 15CA, 15CB, and other related issues.
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations, possessing hands-on Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in India and UAE.
  • Have expertise in transfer pricing planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance, supporting client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A or CA (required for Graduates and Semi-qualified CAs), with a CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com degree highly desirable.
