Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for deal evaluation, preparation of customer pricing presentations and listing key deal commercial terms and conditions.
The role requires strong multitasking skills to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations, as well as the ability to interface and coordinate with development teams on system enhancements and internal controls.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of customer pricing presentations
- Listing key deal commercial terms and conditions
- Ensuring alignment with risk protection measures against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws and other regulatory requirements
- Contract redlining, reviewing and discussing with internal teams
- Participating in customer negotiations, preparing deal P&Ls, cash flows and balance sheets
- Identifying accounting treatments of cost items
- Coodinating with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussions
- Identifying commercial and contracting risks, suggesting mitigation approaches
- Collaborating with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements
