We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Resident AV Engineers for a prominent Fortune 500 client. The role involves managing, supporting, and maintaining the AV systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of meetings, conferences, and events.

The engineer will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring a high standard of AV service delivery. Responsibilities include onsite AV operations, providing daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas. This includes setting up, testing, and operating AV equipment such as video conferencing platforms, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc. Live event support is also required including presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls. Technical Support & Troubleshooting skills are essential in diagnosing and resolving AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption. Additionally, the engineer must coordinate with remote support teams and vendors for escalations. Routine checks, system reboots, and preventive maintenance are also key responsibilities. System Administration duties include managing and monitoring AV equipment health, firmware updates, and usage reports. Ensuring VC platforms integrate smoothly with in-room technology is crucial. Maintaining asset records, documentation, and SOPs is also a vital part of the role. Client Relationship & Communication skills are necessary in acting as the primary onsite AV contact for the client, providing technical guidance and training to end-users, and delivering a consistent, professional experience aligned with client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of AV systems, proficiency in video conferencing platforms, familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs, and control systems. A minimum of 3–6 years hands-on AV support experience is required with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology. Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups is also beneficial. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, strong communication and customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments are essential.
