Batch Packing Coordinator

The Senior Officer will be responsible for executing various tasks related to batch packing records, machine maintenance and material management in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute online batch packing records according to parameters mentioned in process documentation and other formats.
• Take line clearance of area and machine as per respective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and fill all area and machine-related documents such as sequential area cleaning logs, daily cleaning log books and other formats as per SOP.
• Verify and receive dispensed packing material, indent, receive, handle, verification, use and destruction of materials as per respective SOP.
• Verify the leak test of blister and strip packaging as per frequency. If results are not satisfactory, rectify problems.
• Maintain and handle storage, labelling of machine spares, change parts and inform immediate supervisor of any defects or problems observed.
• Manage and handle material movement within the warehouse, including bulk from quarantine to area, area to quarantine and packing material from primary packing staging.
• Perform in-process checks as per product and batch requirements.
• Verify weight and labelling of return packing material.
• Scan and verify dispensed packing material.
• Receive tablets and capsules from quarantine and return to quarantine as per respective SOP.
• Monitor and record environmental conditions, pressure differential, calibration of balance and other metrological instruments in the area as per SOP.
• Generate and check overprinting proof of show box and shipper labels.
• Check overprinting proof of printed foil as per market requirement.
• Record issuance and retrieval of machine change parts and Amirah cleaning.
• Do online entry of data in SAP system.
