We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our organization as a Process Excellence Manager.

The ideal candidate will be an organized and reliable individual with strong quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize performance, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Lead transformational initiatives to adapt operations in line with evolving industry trends.
  • Define and maintain end-to-end processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

Process Improvement & Transformation
  • Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve performance and reduce waste.
  • Lead transformational initiatives to adapt operations in line with evolving industry trends.
  • Define, optimize, and maintain end-to-end processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Prioritize, scope, and execute high-impact improvement projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to map current processes and identify gaps.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
  • Build and maintain relationships across functions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement & Governance
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency.
  • Establish governance frameworks to sustain improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory); Green Belt acceptable with significant Black Belt project experience.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Service Excellence, Quality, or Process Improvement roles.
  • Proven expertise in project management, Six Sigma/Lean initiatives, process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
