Sales and Marketing Strategist for Ceramic Tile Expansion

Established in 2014, our company has become a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of high-quality ceramic wall/floor tiles, Porcelain tiles, GVT, and PGVT tiles.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our sales efforts for export and domestic markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, stay updated on industry trends and competitors, and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Industry Events: Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Sales and marketing certifications or training programs.
- Experience in tile sales or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional languages beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
