Job Description

At Cmts, we are seeking an experienced Loan Documents Verification Specialist to join our team in verifying and inspecting secured assets mortgaged to banks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting different secured assets to verify, inspect, or affix notices.
  • Handover and collecting documents between banks and the office.
  • Regular visits to borrowers/properties in allocated accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Back Office Controller for necessary requirements.
  • Arrange for symbolic possession and physical possession liaison with police and duty magistrates/court commissioners.
  • Assess the market value/status of the mortgaged properties.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of banking and finance regulations.
