Litigation Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Laws Specialist to join our team at the Chambers of Asheesh Jain, Advocate, Central Government Standing Counsel, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Laws, including Arbitration, Consumer Law, Insolvency Law, IPR, Company Laws, Constitutional Law, and Taxation Laws.

Responsibilities: As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing briefs or case notes, and appearing in court on behalf of our clients. You will also be required to draft original pleadings, appeals, applications, writ petitions, and other legal documents. Additionally, you will supervise the filing of cases by clerks in courts, tribunals, and before arbitrators.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience and a strong interest in Civil Laws. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
