Software Engineering Team Lead

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team members. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Review product backlogs, ensure clear understanding of requirements, and facilitate sprint planning.
- Own all aspects of the service lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, tracking, and operations.
- Continuously improve the product delivery process and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years as a team lead/team manager for an agile team.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle.
- Experience partnering with product and user experience teams.
- Secure SDLC principles, OWASP Top-10 vulnerabilities & remediation, and Threat Modeling.
- Strong communication skills to customers, business, and technical partners.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
