As a Product Visionary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and vision.

You will collaborate closely with the product manager to understand our goals and objectives, ensuring seamless alignment between our team and stakeholders.

Through your exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, you will work with the product squad to write user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria, facilitating effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Actively participating in all squad ceremonies, including Daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, is essential for driving cross-functional collaboration and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

By championing agile methodologies within the squad, you will promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial in prioritizing tasks and adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Science Engineering
  • Proven 3-6 years of experience as a Product Owner, or similar role, in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Strong understanding of agile practices and principles, with certification in Agile methodology preferred
  • Excellent collaboration, self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills
