Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Architect to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.

This role will play a pivotal part in empowering our customers to harness the power of AI for actionable insights, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Main Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and optimize predictive models and generative models using Salesforce Einstein.

- Fine-tune native AI models based on CRM data, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud data.

- Prepare high-quality datasets for AI use using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Prompt Engineering

- Develop effective prompts for Salesforce Einstein GPT and custom GPT models.

- Build a library of reusable AI-assisted solutions across sales, service, marketing, and development teams.

Einstein for Developers & AI Tool Utilization

- Use Einstein for Developers for Apex, Flow, and LWC code generation.

- Implement AI-driven solutions for automating repetitive development tasks.

- Integrate AI tools with DevOps pipelines where possible.

Innovation Initiatives

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design proofs of concept using AI.

- Evaluate new AI releases and recommend pilots/adoption.

- Educate internal teams on prompt best practices and AI ethics.

Requirements

- Strong experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Flows, LWC).

- Hands-on experience with Einstein GPT, Prompt Studio, and/or Einstein Prediction Builder.

- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts (fine-tuning, large language models, bias, training data).

- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata structure, API integration, and Data Cloud.

- Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or CodeGen is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Certifications: Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, AI Associate, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant.

- Background in AI/ML engineering, NLP, data science, or related fields.
