Artificial Intelligence Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Quality Assurance Manager to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our GenAI products.
About the Role
- Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models, with a focus on data validation and accuracy
- Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues, utilizing excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Document and communicate test results effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing and Test Automation, with a focus on data quality standards and best practices
- Familiarity with machine learning (ML), deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, natural language processing (NLP), and programming languages
- Experience with REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of data quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate the functionality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs
- Work closely with the development team to design test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify potential data-related issues in the AI models
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of GenAI products
