Job Overview:

The role of an End-to-End Payroll Specialist involves overseeing the entire payroll management process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments to employees. This includes validating and reconciling various inputs such as attendance records, leave entitlements, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, guaranteeing precision and punctuality.
  • Verify and reconcile data from sources like employee attendance, leave balances, new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and performance-based compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other relevant labor laws.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to salaries, taxation, and payroll policies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile and analyze payroll reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate on implementing process improvements, audits, and automation initiatives within the payroll system.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources, with an MBA/PGDM or CMA/CA certification.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in managing payroll operations in India.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, ADP etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and reconciliation techniques.
  • Familiarity with income tax regulations and statutory compliance.
