Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor Intern. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building meaningful relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

  • Foster a culture of excellent client care by providing personalized consultations and recommendations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyze customer needs to ensure tailored solutions and exceed expectations.

You will provide superior client service by demonstrating expertise, empathy, and sincerity; extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations; use your selling skills that relate to customer needs; achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account; increase the customer base and build business for the future; and build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
