Job Overview:

The Fashion Stylist Lead is responsible for overseeing all functions within the studio, ensuring operational goals are met and creative teams are managed effectively.

  • Ensures high-quality imaging assets are created according to defined style guides while meeting operational metrics.
  • Guarantees teams are properly resourced to deliver against business objectives.
  • Manages changing priorities and implements plans to meet business needs.
  • Monitors industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Provides leadership, mentoring, training, development, and performance management to Operational and Creative Teams.
  • Troubleshoots various challenges on-set.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Fashion Stylist, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional results in the following areas:

  • Visual Composition: Develops and implements visual composition strategies that align with the company's aesthetic vision.
  • Market Trends: Stays up-to-date with current market trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Leadership Development: Provides guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
  • Project Management: Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
