We are seeking a professional to oversee project planning, scheduling and tracking. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and updating stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project tasks, prepare comprehensive reports, and update key stakeholders.

Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and contribute to resolving issues that may impact project objectives.

Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project costs and resources under supervision.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Tool & Software Usage: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track project progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a related field is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software is necessary.

In addition to technical skills, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
