Job Overview: Project Coordinator, MEP Works

This position involves coordinating project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for datacenter projects. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing, tracking, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Preparing work breakdown structures, project baselines, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Monitoring progress of MEP activities (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV) and reporting any deviations.
  • Closely coordinating with design, procurement, site execution, and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliverables.
  • Hosting project review meetings to highlight critical activities and potential risks.
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Providing support in resource forecasting, productivity analysis, and cost control.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and datacenter-specific standards.
  • Assisting with project close-out activities, including as-built schedules and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 4-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling of MEP works, preferably in datacenter/industrial/large commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, ELV).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working on datacenter projects or critical infrastructure facilities.
  • Familiarity with project cost control, earned value management, and risk analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
