Role Description: Executive Assistant with HR Experience

Primary Focus: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership while leveraging HR knowledge to design and implement training programs, fostering skill development and organizational growth.

  • Executive Support:
    • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for senior executives.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs; maintain organized records and confidential files.
    • Anticipate administrative needs and streamline operational workflows for leadership.
  • Training & Development Coordination:
    • Identify skill gaps and training needs by collaborating with department heads.
    • Develop, organize, and deliver training modules, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing team members.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously refine content.
  • HR Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the HR department to ensure that training initiatives align with broader talent management strategies.
    • Maintain training records, track employee progress, and assist in succession planning efforts.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging training technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

HR & Training Experience: Proven track record in creating training materials, delivering workshops, and measuring training ROI; familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate across departments, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and engage employees at all levels.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite) and basic learning management system (LMS) platforms.
