Nursing Abroad Consultant

Seeking a passionate Nursing Abroad Consultant to guide international nursing students and professionals through the study and career opportunities abroad.

The role involves counselling on admission, documentation, and placement processes, as well as explaining eligibility, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling sessions with nursing aspirants and guiding them on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Explaining eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.
  • Assisting students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring conversion of enquiries into successful enrolments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing.
  • Maintaining student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of counseling experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways.
  • Excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
