Job Title: Business Operations Associate

The main objective of this role is to manage customer discounts, calculate discounts as per offers and schemes, issue credit notes, and provide MIS reports to the management on cost impact.

This position requires a high level of analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting procedures, SAP, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper issuance of credit notes to customers, calculating monthly, quarterly, and annual discounts, and providing timely reports and analyses. Additionally, they will assist in month-end closing, coordinate with Commercial and Sales Operations teams, and analyze Cost Center reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and financial analysis
