Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to fill the role of Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent analytical skills and a strong background in financial management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer discounts, calculating and issuing credit notes, conducting customer-wise discount analysis, and providing Management Information System (MIS) reports on cost impact.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial procedures and be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PPT. Experience with SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate issuance of credit notes to customers and verify compliance with approved schemes.
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual discounts and provide necessary provisions based on approved schemes.
  • Assist in month-end closing by providing timely reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Sales Operations teams to prepare weekly/monthly reports and analyses.
  • Conduct cost center analysis and prepare Group/business reports to support Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Perform day-to-day finance activities of the branch.
  • Periodically review customer accounts and escalate any issues identified.
Requirements
  • CA/CMA/MBA degree with 2-3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of applicable INDAS and IFRS.
  • Understanding of various laws including Income Tax, GST, labor laws etc.
