Your responsibilities include determining operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

  • Evaluate analysis and define problems to determine operational feasibility.
  • Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code to demonstrate solutions.
  • Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.
  • Conduct systems analysis to improve operations by recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Obtain and license software by getting required information from vendors, recommending purchases, testing, and approving products.
  • Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment to update job knowledge.
  • Participate in educational opportunities and read professional publications.
  • Protect operations by keeping confidential information secure.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Achieve engineering and organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Skill sets:

  • Hands-on experience in software development using Python and C++.
  • Experience designing interactive applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with test-driven development.
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
