We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Software Developer to lead the design and development of innovative and scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, adept at translating complex business challenges into scalable AI models, and capable of working across the entire AI/ML lifecycle, from data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring. This role requires a deep understanding of various AI techniques, strong programming skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing innovative and scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to address specific business needs and optimize processes.
  • Applying various machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role. They will possess expert-level proficiency in at least one major programming language used for AI development, such as Python (preferred), Java, or C++. Additionally, they will have extensive experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
