Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish key performance indicators for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and execute A/B tests; translate results into actionable product decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and data models to empower teams with self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to instrument events; enhance data quality and latency.
  • Prototype models to improve matching and scoring using gradient boosting techniques.
  • Evaluate language model-powered agents by designing rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.

  • You possess a solid foundation in statistics, SQL, and Python, along with impressive projects to showcase.
  • Iterative approach with fast-paced decision-making and effective communication is essential.

Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in data science/analytics or related fields; BS/BA in quantitative fields (or equivalent work).
  • Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Clear communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership; translates analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding, marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
