Job Overview

As our Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and partnering with top-performing BPOs to execute outbound campaigns focused on Australian energy and telco services. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through successful partnerships and a scalable campaign model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard BPO partners to execute high-performing outbound campaigns for Australian energy and telco services.
  • Build strong relationships with BPO management teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to call centers to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the BPO/outbound call center industry.
  • Prior experience working with Australian energy or telco campaigns is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of outbound campaign dynamics and KPI-driven environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful BPO partnerships.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range between ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications, along with attractive commissions based on performance. Additionally, you will enjoy a fully remote work arrangement, flexible hours, and 2 weeks of paid annual leave.
