Baillie Outsourcing Consultants Pvt Ltd is an Indian-based company with a presence in the Australian energy and telco sectors. We are expanding our operations across India, focusing on delivering cost-effective energy and telecom solutions through a network of skilled call centers.
Job OverviewAs our Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and partnering with top-performing BPOs to execute outbound campaigns focused on Australian energy and telco services. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through successful partnerships and a scalable campaign model.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard BPO partners to execute high-performing outbound campaigns for Australian energy and telco services.
- Build strong relationships with BPO management teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to call centers to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the BPO/outbound call center industry.
- Prior experience working with Australian energy or telco campaigns is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of outbound campaign dynamics and KPI-driven environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful BPO partnerships.
We offer a competitive salary range between ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications, along with attractive commissions based on performance. Additionally, you will enjoy a fully remote work arrangement, flexible hours, and 2 weeks of paid annual leave.
