Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft DBA to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Aiding the consulting team in different phases of project delivery, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment
  • Exploring alternatives to recommended solutions based on research and building proofs of concept (POCs)
  • Creating requirement specifications from business needs and defining to-be processes and detailed functional designs
  • Supporting configuration of solution requirements on products, understanding issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and identifying and shortlisting solution alternatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft Admin Support and application tools
  • Experience with latest People Tools installation and configuration on Linux and Windows OS platforms
  • At least one Application upgrade experience from PeopleSoft Application version 8/9 to 9.2 with latest People Tools
  • Strong experience in People Tools PUM Image Upgrade, FSCM environment administration, and Administration
  • Experience in configuring web services for automated job start-stop services upon server start/restart and Single Sign-on Integration Broker after Tools Image Upgrade
  • Exposure to Oracle Database Administration and OS Administration
