About the Role

This position plays a vital part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Digital Campaigns: We are looking for someone who can develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, utilizing their expertise in social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. They should be able to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Social Media Management: The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms, as well as monitoring and engaging with audience comments, messages, and mentions. Implementing social media advertising campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): A solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices is essential for this position. The successful candidate will conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings. They should also be able to monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and search engine performance.

Email Marketing: Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing, is required. Monitoring email campaign performance and implementing improvements based on analytics is also an important responsibility.

Paid Advertising: The ideal candidate should have experience in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks. They should be able to monitor campaign budgets, adjust targeting, and optimize for better ROI.

Content Creation: As a creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the successful candidate will develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and emails. They should also be able to collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia content.

Analytics and Reporting: With a strong analytical mindset, the ideal candidate will monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. They should be able to prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Trend Awareness: To stay ahead in the industry, the successful candidate should have a solid understanding of emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices. They should be able to make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into campaigns.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Basic design skills and experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
