Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Rubric Definition & Prompt Evaluation: Develop and maintain rubrics for evaluating content quality and promptness.
  • Update Rubrics: Regularly update rubrics to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Prompt Review: Review translated prompts and revise where translations appear unnatural or inaccurate.
  • Writing Prompts: Write thoughtful prompts that test the cultural awareness of large language models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Cultural Competence: Native proficiency in the target language and deep familiarity with cultural norms in the corresponding region.
  • Experience: Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working in spreadsheets and evaluation templates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with content/creative writing or prompt engineering or LLM testing.
  • Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT or similar LLM platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate reasoning behind rubric ratings or prompt edits.
