As a Senior Software Engineer at Triomics, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining our highly available, fault-tolerant SaaS offering. Your expertise in software design principles, commercial product development practices, and cloud solutions will drive our technical success.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, motivate, and mold your team to deliver high-quality enterprise products.\
  • Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, and existing engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain our SaaS offering.\
  • Participate actively in software design meetings to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code.\
  • Code reviews and obsess over quality in the code our team writes and the products we create.\
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the software development life cycle.\
  • Provide ongoing feedback and work with engineers on their professional development.\
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Work collaboratively and help build a great team.\
  • Recruit, train, and manage junior engineers and other team members as needed.\
  • Lead by example and embody the company values and culture.\
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.\
  • Develop and implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of the team.\
  • Improve and streamline processes and procedures within the team.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other events.\
  • Other duties as required by the company.\
