About the Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in Large Language Models to join our GenAI delivery organization.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in building Machine Learning models and systems
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI techniques, and prompt engineering
  • Expert proficiency in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL
  • Understanding of Cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business SMEs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions using techniques like prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures
  • Maintain high-quality code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices
  • Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms, optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust CI/CD processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI products
  • Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and large language model development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and generative AI, proposing and experimenting with emerging techniques to drive improvements in model performance
