Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Systems Developer to design, build, and deploy AI models that power business-critical solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI systems, driving innovation and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Data Pipeline and Feature Engineering: Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and training workflows using Pandas, NumPy, Spark, and other tools.
  • Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models to production using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and monitor model performance, retrain, and maintain production-ready systems.
  • Integration and Innovation: Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, and stay updated on AI trends to contribute innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align with business goals and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI development or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java/Scala/R is a plus, expertise with AI libraries/frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, hands-on experience with data tools like Pandas, NumPy, Spark, and experience with AI deployment using SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, and understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices.
