Senior Product Development Manager Role

Join our company as a senior product development manager and lead the entire product lifecycle.

This role is responsible for championing customer needs, assessing market opportunities, and planning, executing, and measuring success through relevant KPIs. You will define and analyze key success metrics, prioritize and sign-off on new feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes, and manage the complete development lifecycle from requirement definition to deployment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven drive to achieve results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product managers, APMs, and developers to deliver on aggressive growth plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, QA, central engineering, and business teams to drive product initiatives and releases.
  • Define execution plans and allocate resources accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in technology and product management.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with web analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in efficient Scrum and Sprint management.
  • Track record of successfully defining and releasing products in the Internet/Mobile space.
