Job Title: Commercial Bank Loan Processing Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial bank loan processing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to ensure smooth business file processing and meet regulatory compliance requirements
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including recruitment, training, quality control, team management, and motivation
  • Collaborate with support functions and business teams to coordinate tasks
  • Share daily MIS reports to internal customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal customers to facilitate transactions and retention
  • Stay updated on newly launched products and platforms, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and audit requirements are met for all processes under this role
  • Develop, review, and own process guides and SOP's as needed
  • Excel in spreadsheet systems and have experience with retail assets documentation processes

  • Experience in policy and process development, training, and vendor management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
