Job Title: Experienced AI Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions that can integrate seamlessly into our engineering and DevOps ecosystem.
This is a contractor role where you will work on augmenting CI/CD workflows, knowledge retrieval, incident handling, and developer productivity using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Design and Optimization: Design and optimize prompts for LLM workflows to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- RAG Pipeline Development: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
- LLM Integration: Integrate LLMs into internal tools, CI/CD, and observability dashboards.
- GenAI Solutions Implementation: Implement Generative AI solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Hugging Face.
- LLM Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune open-source or commercial LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Mistral) for domain-specific use cases.
- Collaboration and Automation: Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to drive automation using GenAI.
- Data Governance: Ensure data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices.
Required Skills:
- 6-10+ years in engineering, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLMs/NLP.
- Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex.
- Deep knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
- Proven experience designing and deploying RAG architectures.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
